ZUMBA
An intense,
Latin-inspired, hi-cardio workout for those looking to shape up while learning the fast-paced dances such as Salsa, Mambo,
Meringue mixed with some HipHop!
Ages: 14 - Adult JAZZ FUNK
Get movin' & grovin' to popular high & low impact Jazz & Hip Hop moves. This class will give
you a work out while having a blast in a social setting.
Ages: 20 + SALSA
Latin dance is all the rage! This class can be done as a couple or single! Get rid of your two left feet
and dazzle your friends with this energetic dance discipline.
Ages: 14 to Adult *Classes subject change depending on enrollment.
